The administrator of the personal data of viewConference users is Lasoft Marcin Lasota, based in Krakow, Plac Szczepański 8/203, 31-011 Kraków.

The User provides personal data at the time of registration in the Application. Registration takes place in order to start using the Application. The User's data is processed based on the User's consent (GDPR).

The User's data may be made available to the Conference Organizers. Apart from this, the User's personal data collected is not made available to third parties, except for cases of breaking the law or in cases provided for by law.

The User's personal data will be processed throughout the period of using the application, i.e. until the User requests the application Administrator to delete the account. Uninstalling the application does not involve removing the account.

The User has the right to access their personal data and receive their copies, rectify them, delete them, limit processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data.

The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.

Providing personal data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) is necessary in order to start using the application. Providing other personal data is optional.

The application may require access to elements on a mobile device, such as:
• location, in order to navigate the User;
• camera and photo gallery, in order to provide the User with sharing photos in the application.

The User accepts the rules contained in this privacy policy by using the application.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not install the application or uninstall it.
