PRIVACY POLICY

This document describes the privacy policy of the mobile application (hereinafter: the Application) and the website (hereinafter: the Website) under the name: "viewConnect".

The entity responsible (hereinafter: the Administrator) for the provision of services under the Application and Website is: Lasoft Marcin Lasota with its registered office in Kraków, Plac Szczepański 8/210, 31-011 Kraków (hereinafter "Lasoft"). The Administrator makes every effort to protect the privacy of Users of the Application and the Website.

The User is a natural person who, through a mobile application - an Application installed on a mobile device, e.g. a User's mobile phone, uses the functionalities proposed by the application.

By installing the Application you accept the rules described in this document. If you do not agree to the following rules, please uninstall the Application.

1. Information collected by the Application.

The information about Users collected by the Applications serves the best satisfaction of Users' needs through actions aimed at the ongoing adaptation of its functioning, i.e. the Application. We collect the following types of information:

• Information provided by the User: Information that the User entrusts to the Administrator may contain personal data (such as email address, name, surname), or other data provided by the User in while using the Services. All this data is provided voluntarily.

• Information collected by the Application: The application collects data entered by the user and stores them in a secured database, to which only the administrator has direct access. If the user uses viewConnect services, we may collect and process information about the user's actual location. We use various technologies to determine this location, including IP address, GPS and others.

2. Sharing information with other entities

The User's personal data is not disclosed to third parties, excluding cases of breaking the law or in cases provided for by law.

3. Information Safety

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure optimal protection and security of information collected or entrusted by the User.
The application uses appropriate security during logging in, which protects the User's identification data and significantly impedes hijacking access to his account.
The priority for us is the security of Users' personal data. We protect this data by using the best physical security and compliance with applicable regulations electronic and appropriate procedures. When entrusting the performance of services to third parties, we require them to apply such information protection standards as provided by the Application.

In accordance with art. 32 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended), Users have the right to:
• requesting information about the purpose, scope and method of processing their personal data,
• access to personal data,
• change the data provided,
• requests to stop processing personal data for marketing purposes.

The User accepts the rules contained in this privacy policy by using the application.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not install the application or uninstall it.
